Every stage of the MEESOO® process guarantees product quality and freshness throughout. In fact, as soon as the cream is prepared, MEESOO® is frozen and delivered to our clients by refrigerated transport. Tommaso Calicuri has years of experience working as a food technologist. He helped develop the MEESOO® recipes and preparation methods.
Marco Viti is the group’s problem solver and an expert on the Ho.Re.Ca. sector. He worked on building and perfecting the MEESOO® machine, helping to make it what it is today.
Giulia Pravato is an indisputable master of super-creamy Tiramisù. Her artistry in dessert making has added that delicious finishing touch to all our MEESOO® recipes.
